Privacy Policy
Draft structure — owner review required
This page describes the privacy practices CoinSentry intends to use. It is a draft framework and must be reviewed and completed with the actual business details and providers before publication.
Information collected
You may provide a name, email address, subject, and message when contacting CoinSentry, or an email address when requesting the free guide by email. Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, wallet recovery phrases, or financial account passwords.
Email collection and communications
A free-guide request triggers a one-time email containing the requested public checklist; it does not enroll you in recurring updates. When Resend is configured, contact messages are forwarded to the CoinSentry business inbox; otherwise, the form reports an error and does not claim delivery. The learning-list form is currently disabled and does not collect addresses. Resend processes accepted messages under its own retention and privacy terms.
Purchases and payment processing
Checkout is not enabled until CoinSentry configures its actual Selar product link. If enabled, Selar handles payment details, confirmations, and order records; CoinSentry does not store card numbers or independently verify Selar order events.
Cookies and analytics
The website may process limited interaction events, such as ebook and form actions, for site analytics. Review applicable consent requirements and the analytics configuration for the markets you serve.
Data security and retention
Contact and guide-request content is sent through Resend and is not written to CoinSentry’s application database. The website stores hashed, short-lived rate-limit identifiers to reduce form abuse; expired counters are periodically cleaned up. Provider retention and security policies also apply.
User rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit processing of your personal information. Add the verified process for making requests and applicable response timelines here.
Contact information
Privacy contact: [Add a business contact email]. Business identity and jurisdiction: [Add the legal business name and applicable jurisdiction]. No physical address is provided in this draft.
Replace bracketed placeholders with accurate business details and have legal pages reviewed for your intended markets before accepting payments or collecting personal information.
